What happens during the Free Training Session?

Your 60-minute session includes a thorough evaluation of your current athletic abilities, a discussion of your goals, and professional recommendations on the best path forward. It's completely free with no obligation.

Can I upgrade from one package to another?

Yes! Many athletes start with Basic and progress to Premium or VIP as they advance. You can upgrade at any time.

Do you offer family discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for siblings or parents who train at Athlete HQ.

How are the training groups determined?

Groups are formed based on age, sport, position, and athletic ability to ensure optimal training environments.

What age groups do you work with?

We primarily work with athletes ages 10-18, college athletes, and adults committed to peak performance. Each program is adapted to the appropriate developmental stage.

How often should I train to see results?

While all programs give you access to 5 sessions per week, we recommend attending at least 3-4 sessions weekly for optimal results. Consistency is key to athletic development.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

While we recommend at least three months to see significant results, we offer month-to-month options with no long-term contract required.

I've never worked with a performance coach before. Is this right for me?
