The best way to begin is with our free 60-minute performance assessment. During this session, we'll evaluate your current abilities, discuss your goals, and create a personalized roadmap for your athletic development.
While most facilities focus solely on numbers and metrics, we develop complete athletes. We build not just speed and strength, but mental toughness, confidence, and character. Our approach transforms both athletic performance and personal development, creating champions in sports and in life.
Most athletes notice improvements in both performance and confidence within the first 3-4 weeks. By the end of your first 8-week cycle, you'll have measurable improvements across multiple performance metrics. We conduct regular testing to track your progress.
Basic ($399/month): Perfect for athletes just beginning their performance journey who want expert guidance in a group setting (max 10 athletes)
Premium ($599/month): Ideal for serious athletes ready to accelerate their development with semi-private training (2-3 athletes)
VIP ($850/month): The ultimate package for athletes committed to reaching elite levels with one-on-one coaching and a fully customized program

While we recommend at least three months to see significant results, we offer month-to-month options with no long-term contract required. We also offer discounts for quarterly (10%) and annual commitments (15%).
